Salt Lake City rally celebrates voices, contributions of women on International Women’s Day

In celebration of International Women’s Day, radio station KRCL hosted Amplifying Women’s Voices, a rally held at the Utah Capitol.

A number of women spoke, including Catherine Weller of League of Women Voters, Leslie Henderson of Utah Women of Color Council, Meher Ayesha of Global Chamber of Salt Lake City, and Marina Gomberg, a Salt Lake Tribune columnist and Equality Utah board member.

Brooklyn musicians Lucius performed a short acoustic set during the rally.
