Murray police called off a search for a man in his early 70s who went missing Friday afternoon after he was found safe Saturday in Salt Lake City.
Sgt. Kim Rees said a neighbor saw Donald Hogan leave his home, near 600 West Winchester Street, about 1 p.m. Friday. Hogan, who was dementia and hadn’t driven in several years, was driving a truck.
Salt Lake City police found him Saturday evening in his truck. He was OK, although disoriented and unsure where he was, police said. He’s now back with his family.
