Francisco Kjolseth | The Salt Lake Tribune Jazz saxophonist and civil rights activist Joe McQueen, now 97 years old, has been revitalized by the addition of some younger members to his band. The Joe McQueen Quartet plays the first of three shows in five nights, starting with a concert at the Gallivan Center in Salt Lake City on Thursday night, March 30, 2017. Included in the band are Ryan Conger on Hammond B3 organ, Brad Wright on guitar, and Don Keipp on drums.
