Final days for ‘Tatau’

The Utah Museum of Fine Arts’ exhibition “Tatau: Marks of Polynesia,” which opened back in August, is ending this week — its final day is Saturday. The exhibition features more than 150 photos and accompanying narratives that capture two millennia of history through the art of tatau, or Samoan tattooing. The museum this week will be open Wednesday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Thursday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Go to umma.utah.edu for information.

iDKHOW before the new year

If you want to get in one last rock show in before the calendar ticks over to 2024, the Utah indie-pop act I Don’t Know How But They Found Me (or iDKHOW for short) — the project of musician Dallon Weekes — is home for a show Saturday, starting at 9 p.m., at The Depot, 13 N. 400 West, Salt Lake City. Another Utah band, Sego, is slated to open. Tickets available at depotslc.com.
