(Trent Nelson | The Salt Lake Tribune) Pad thai at Tuk Tuk’s in West Valley City.

Pad thai is the perfect combination of textures and tastes: slightly chewy rice noodles and crisp stir-fried vegetables are tossed in a sweet and sour tamarind sauce and sprinkled with crunchy bean sprouts and peanuts.

Lucky for us, this meal — considered the national dish of Thailand — can be enjoyed without taking a trip across the globe. It’s available at dozens of restaurants across the Salt Lake Valley.

Which restaurant makes the best pad thai? You tell us.

Vote for your favorite Thai restaurant or write in the name of a business we may have missed.

Make sure to do it soon! Our poll closes May 24 at noon. We will share the results in an upcoming story and in our Utah Eats newsletter.
