Look, I’m a huge advocate for bone-in fried chicken. And normally, that’s what I would tell you to try here — and you should try it. But at Pretty Bird, chef/owner Viet Pham has painstakingly worked to create a chicken sandwich that balances texture and taste all in one mouthful. It’s crisp and creamy, savory and sweet, and much much more.
