Utah gymnast Maile O’Keefe was named the Pac-12 Freshman of the Week after winning the all-around title in Utah’s win over Arizona State.
O’Keefe posted a 39.225 to win the all-around. She earned a 9.8 on the vault, 9.775 on the bars and beam and 9.875 on the floor.
All scores except her balance beam effort were season highs. Her score on floor placed her third and she finished fourth on vault.
O’Keefe and the Utes are back in action Saturday at Arizona at 2 p.m. MSt in a Pac-12 meet.
