The Utah State football team on Friday announced three future home games, completing the non-conference schedule for the 2022 and 2023 seasons.

The Aggies will play the University of Connecticut as part of a home-and-home series, the first of those games taking place at Maverik Stadium on Aug. 27, 2022. The road game will be on Sept. 30, 2023.

USU has played UConn only once before in its history. It was in 2001 and the Aggies won, 38-31.

Additionally, Utah State will host the Weber State Wildcats on Sept. 10, 2022. The next season, the Aggies play Idaho State on Sept. 9, 2023.

The rest of USU’s non-conference schedule in 2022 includes road games against Alabama (Sept. 3) and BYU (Sept. 30). The 2023 schedule rounds out with a home game against BYU (Sept. 16) and a road matchup against Iowa (Sept. 2).
