NBA free agent tracker: Which players are still available? And how would they fit with the Utah Jazz?

A list of every available player as basketball’s free agency begins

(Francisco Kjolseth | The Salt Lake Tribune) The Utah Jazz note sports a new purple color and mountain graphic on Thursday, June 16, 2022.

At 4 p.m. MT, the floodgates opened.

Dozens of deals were announced within minutes of the NBA’s free agency period officially opening on Thursday; including two notable former Jazzmen.

First, fan-favorite and longtime contributor Joe Ingles signed a one-year deal with the Milwaukee Bucks that will pay him just over $10 million next season. In a fun twist, it was wife Renae who broke the news on Twitter.

Then, swingman Danuel House signed with the Philadelphia 76ers on a 2-year, $9 million deal, giving that team his combination of solid 3-point shooting and terrific defensive effort.

Below is a list of literally every restricted and unrestricted free agent who finished last season on a standard NBA contract, listed in order of Wins Above Replacement. For each guy, we include some brief thoughts on Jazz fit.

Bookmark this page now, because we’ll be updating it throughout free agency as players come off the board — and as new free agents become available as the result of declined options and waivers. (We’ll list player options here with the free agents since that choice rests with the player, but won’t list TO/non-guaranteed players until they are technically available.)
