Ricky Rubio leaves Game 6 early in first quarter with hamstring injury

If the Utah Jazz are to win Game 6, they will have to do it without one of their main guys.

Starting point guard Ricky Rubio has been ruled out for the remainder of Game 6 because of a hamstring issue, the Jazz announced.

Rubio has been dealing with the hamstring off and on for the bulk of a month. It hadn’t flared up during the series. But he left Game 6 in the middle of the first quarter and went to the locker room.

Without Rubio, the Jazz will likely turn to Joe Ingles and Dante Exum for the majority of the point guard minutes. Donovan Mitchell and Raul Neto will likely receive minutes at the position as well.
