But will it be the final time BYU plays meaningful football in 2024?
The Cougars head into the final day of the regular season squarely on the bubble of the Big 12 championship race. They are tied for first, but need some help to make the championship game on Dec. 7.
BYU needs to beat Houston and then have one of two results happen. Either Kansas State needs to beat Iowa State or Arizona needs to beat Arizona State.
Fortunately for BYU, it should know its fate by kickoff at 8:15 p.m. in Provo. Arizona State plays at 1:30 p.m. MT and Iowa State plays at 5:30 p.m. MT.
