Join live Tribune chat on college football

Reporters will talk about what to expect this season.

Join Tribune reporters for a live chat about college football.

After a season unlike any before it, the Utah Utes and BYU Cougars are kicking off their 2021 campaigns with clean slates, full stadiums and some lofty expectations.

Kyle Whittingham’s Utes have their sights set on another Pac-12 South title … and maybe even a coveted trip to the Rose Bowl.

Kalani Sitake’s Cougars, meanwhile, are looking to show they can win without Zach Wilson, that their 11-1 record from a season ago wasn’t a flash in the pan, and that they have what it takes to take down the Utes for the first time since 2009.

Join Salt Lake Tribune sportswriters Gordon Monson, Josh Newman and Norma Gonzalez at noon on Sept. 10 for a lunch-hour conversation about the rivalry game and the rest of the college football season.

RSVP today for this live chat.
