Weekly Run podcast: The departures of Dante Exum and Jeff Green, and the arrival of Jordan Clarkson during a tumultuous week in Jazzland

(Trent Nelson | The Salt Lake Tribune) Houston Rockets guard Eric Gordon (10) fouls Utah Jazz guard Dante Exum (11). The Utah Jazz host the Houston Rockets, NBA basketball in Salt Lake City on Thursday Dec. 6, 2018.

There’s never really time off for Jazz beat writers during the NBA season, and never was that more clear than this week around Christmas.

While it looked like the Jazz would have two days off on Christmas and Christmas Eve, their moves on Monday gave the whole team work to do. Then, Jeff Green was waived, with new signing Rayjon Tucker joining the fray. We talk about that surprising change as well.

Here’s the run down:

3:50: Eric Walden was in the Jazz’s locker room as this unfolded in Miami. What was the overall scene and reaction like?

12:00: Does this trade depend on what Dante Exum will be in his Cleveland career?

20:00: How will Jordan Clarkson fit?

24:20: Jeff Green’s season in Utah.

32:00: Rayjon Tucker, Juwan Morgan, and the rest of the Jazz’s assortment of G-Leaguers
