The Utah State basketball team on Wednesday signed the Montana's Gatorade Player of the Year.

Rollie Worster signed his national letter of intent to join the Aggies program. Worster played basketball at Hellgate High School in Missoula, Mont., where he averaged 22.2 points, 5.9 rebounds, 4.0 assists and 1.3 steals per game.

“Rollie embodies what our program is all about. He has great character, humility, work ethic, and is passionate about basketball,” Aggies coach Craig Smith said in a news release. “At 6-3, 205 pounds, Rollie has excellent size for a guard. He has great feel for the game and has the ability to make plays for his teammates and himself. He is a winner.”

Worster also played for Hellgate’s football team, where he made the all-state team as a safety and received an honorable mention to the all-state team as a quarterback.

Worster will have four years of eligibility at Utah State.
