Prohibition brings a unique flavor to the first ever Salt City Best Fest with their exclusive feature on December 4th at the Leonardo. Main Stage Burlesque performances will entertain while this year’s Gold Winners are sure not disappoint fans who visit them in the Cocktail Lounge and enjoy mixed drinks, such as The Gatsby, Lavender 75 and Hoy Salvador - it’s time for an unforgettable night.
The 1920′s themed bar will be serving samples of their delectable menu items to make the night even more special. The Venison Tenderloin is sure to impress the carnivores, but don’t be shy and try the Alfred ‘O’ and Vegan Pesto Pasta as well. Prohibition offers a menu with a little something for everyone, such as Fajita Fritters, Artichoke Chicken Pasta and Bourbon Caramel Bread Pudding, along with six vegan choices.
People in attendance at Salt City Best Fest can enjoy a show with their meal, similar to a visit to their Murray location. Patrons at the restaurant are captivated by acts such as burlesque, drag queens, belly dancing and pole dancing. Their extraordinary ambiance assisted them in taking home Gold for Best Holliday/Murray Happy Hour and Bronze for Restaurant!
Owner Kelly Howard couldn’t be prouder of their team. The bar opened in 2017 and has shown nothing but growth thanks to the community’s love and support.
“It’s a fun spot,” said Camille Howard, Marketing Director, Prohibition. “After the hostess invites you in, a bookshelf opens to reveal a secret door to the restaurant. The food and drinks are very good. The atmosphere is great. The live entertainment is also amazing. All elements work together to be super fun.”
Salt City Best Fest will have a morning session from 11 A.M. to 3 P.M. and an evening session from 4 P.M. to 8 P.M. This is a cashless event in which participants can purchase $4 tokens to savor drinks and sample-sized food from the many beer and spirit booths and food vendors.
