LDS apostle Jeffrey Holland home from hospital, will resume ‘normal activities'

Apostle Jeffrey R. Holland has been released from the hospital after undergoing diagnostic tests for an unknown illness, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints announced Friday.
After a brief hospitalization “for observation,” the 79-year-old leader “is returning to normal activities,” church spokesman Eric Hawkins said in a news release. “He and his family appreciate the prayers and concern on his behalf.”
Hawkins previously said Holland did not have COVID-19. No other information was released about his health.
Holland, a popular speaker and former Brigham Young University president, has been an apostle for nearly 26 years.
