Dear Sen. Lee,
I see you are very supportive of federal control of Washington, D.C. For the same reasons, it makes sense to make Utah a federal district, similar to the District of Columbia and bring us under federal control.
Please introduce legislation in Congress to change Utah from a state to a district. One of the benefits would be a savings in federal funds. As a district, Utah would no longer have representatives or senators in Congress. With the help of DOGE, we could lay off these wasteful government employees now working for our members of Congress.
Sen. Lee, thank you for consistency in applying your principles you advocate for the District of Columbia to the new District of Utah.
