Letter: Vote only for those who pledge to restore ‘the consent of the governed’

All judges are partisan-shopped prior to nomination. Leonard Leo, a partisan player, selected three of these judges. Leo, plus ugly political power-plays created the current Supreme Court.

Justice Robert’s judicial homily: umpires, strikes, balls, ’tis nought but a fable. ’Tis but a manufactured court, calling balls and strikes at their pleasure.

This court’s quest is a unitarian executive; a single point of power. Justice Roberts acknowledged this grant of a tyrant; claiming his court could limit said tyrant.

An arrogant misreading of the definition of tyrant. The stealing of our granted constitutional power: “the consent of the governed.”

This court granted executive immunity; a grant not found in our Constitution, nor laws of the United States. Both tyranny and immunity are unconstitutional — without your consent.

In Justice Barrett’s injunction ruling she argued: judges don’t have “unbridled authority” to ensure that presidents comply with the law. Article III of our Constitution disagrees: “Judicial power shall extend to all cases….”

This court is clearly in rebellion against our Constitution, granted powers and their own God-sworn oaths. Their rebellion will forfeit our constitutional rights; whilst satisfying their lust for their own Kim Jong-un.

A Quantus Insight poll asked what values we hold most dear: freedom of speech, equality under the law, democracy/voting rights, the right to bear arms, and religious liberty — in that order.

All constitutional rights are valuable. Their loss — the cost of a tyrant. Your valuables stolen — your children without their inheritance.

Article l grants Congress the power to right these wrongs. Showing this body lack of honor: to their constituents, our Constitution, to granted powers, to their own God-sworn oaths.

If allowed another vote: vote only for those pledged to restore “the consent of the governed” — this right protects all your rights.

MAGA!
