On May 24 I ventured out to do some errands around Salt Lake City. I traveled from the Avenues to Sugar House and back downtown. Nearly every road had road construction cones blocking lanes, construction trucks parked blocking the lanes, road closures, lane closures and little evidence of any construction workers.
We have lived here for exactly four years and I believe that for three and a half of those years, 300 West has been under construction.
Mayor Mendenall, you have let the road construction and development in Salt Lake City get out of control. It would be a welcome relief to get some of these projects done before starting new ones.
