Letter: Who is it that needs an assault weapon? Speak up and explain why.

Mark Lowe wrote a compelling op-ed in The Tribune about the fact that most Utah citizens are in favor of a ban on assault weapons and large capacity magazines. I am interested in hearing the other side of the story. Would someone please tell us why they need or want an assault weapon and/or a large capacity magazine.
