When it comes to “racist” behavior, Bret Stephens thinks that “Justice is never achieved by turning tables.”
In his column of June 30, Stephens argues that it is racist to balance past discriminatory practices by singling out and rewarding those who are or were discriminated against.
From this logic it follows that if I steal from you and am ordered to compensate you for what I stole, then I am as much a victim of theft as you are.
Bret might sneak through Logic 101 but he’d fail the LSAT.
