Letter: Davis County is running a flawless vaccine operation

The Davis County Health Department is showing the rest of the country how to run a mass vaccination program.
After the initial phone call to secure an appointment, every detail I needed to know was covered by email messages. Arriving at my scheduled time, I was greeted by a team checking personal details, then sent back into a line of moving cars and directed to a waiting team/table. After opening my car window, affirming my identification, and baring my shoulder, I was sent out to the parking lot to wait the required 15 minutes. My car was in the building for no more than five minutes, and the entire process was complete within a half hour.
I never had to leave my car, important to me at 84 with mobility problems.
Everyone involved needs to know how grateful we are for the planning and delivery of this flawless operation.
