Sen. Lee: Not only do you object to the constitutionality of an impeachment on the thinnest and most specious of grounds. Now you, in your capacity as a juror, enjoin yourself in a strategy session with the very legal team of the person you have a duty to pass judgment on.

I cannot imagine a greater hypocrisy. Once again you have proven yourself morally and ethically bankrupt.

While I know you lack the spine to do what is right, I believe the only honorable path for you is to resign your position immediately, as you are clearly incapable of serving the Constitution to which you have sworn an oath.

sltrib.com is now free to access — no subscription required. We made this decision because we believe access to trustworthy, independent news shouldn’t depend on what you can afford — especially as misinformation and AI-generated content continue to rise.

Free to read doesn’t mean free to produce. Our reporters show up every day to ask hard questions and hold powerful institutions to account. That work takes resources.
