Why is The Tribune giving nearly a half a page article on the obnoxious “Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” when in a little over a month, the actual paper newspaper will be gone? Is there not more important things going on in the world and Utah than the lives of these narcissistic, upper-class, spoiled, out-of-touch women?
It’s bad enough they made a television show about them but even worse that The Tribune is using valuable space to promote their indulgent lifestyles. Please, give us loyal readers something worthy to read before you stop for what a lot of us is a lifetime morning tradition.

sltrib.com is now free to access — no subscription required. We made this decision because we believe access to trustworthy, independent news shouldn’t depend on what you can afford — especially as misinformation and AI-generated content continue to rise.
Free to read doesn’t mean free to produce. Our reporters show up every day to ask hard questions and hold powerful institutions to account. That work takes resources. As a nonprofit newsroom, we rely on support from people who believe it matters. Make a donation today to fund local news that serves Utah communities.
