Letter: Pyle tells the truth

(Francisco Kjolseth | The Salt Lake Tribune) George Pyle.

Once again, George Pyle has succinctly stated truth — a rare concept in some segments of today’s U.S. society, especially in its political scene.

In his opinion of Nov. 29, “Court says it’s OK to spread death — as long as you are a religion,” Pyle confronts the elephant in Utah’s living room: Equality for only some people equals privilege.

Pyle reasonably states how Sen. Mike Lee uses his special job as a U.S. senator to twist his own personal ideology into a weapon against certain groups of people of whom he doesn’t approve.
