I really think the cost of houses in Salt Lake City is out of control. I understand if you have a house in a desirable area and you want to make money for the next house, but I am a teacher and really want to buy a house and have no way of doing it.

Couldn’t someone help people with low income buy houses? I can pay the mortgage; I just can’t qualify because of my low credit. If I can pay, let me pay and buy a house.

Please, it is ridiculous that a person with almost a master’s degree cannot qualify for a house.
