Letter: Utah ‘values’

(Rick Egan | Tribune file photo) Pedestrians wear masks as they ride scooters in downtown Salt Lake City, Tuesday, Nov. 17, 2020.

Every day as I read the information about the current pandemic and people protesting the wearing of masks, mention of “Utah values” crops up in these articles. Which poses the question: Why do “Utah values” only come into play when it is something agreeable? Mention masking or social distancing and those “Utah values” seem to disappear into thin air. Mask up, people, please.
