Letter: Republicans promote violence

(Evan Vucci | AP file photo) People watch video screens before President Donald Trump speaks from the South Lawn of the White House on the fourth day of the Republican National Convention, Thursday, Aug. 27, 2020, in Washington.

After watching the Democratic National Convention and comparing it to the Republican National Convention, I have no problem knowing which one is the most violent.

The DNC was all about compassion and kindness while the speakers on the RNC spoke hatred and violence, and then accused the Democrats of causing all this mayhem and protesting and violence in our cities. Melania Trump’s was the only peaceful speech at the RNC.

And there was no shouting and waving of arms by the Democrats. Trump has brought more violence and disruption to our great nation than any other president in the history of the United States. And the protesters and white right-wing militia are acting out what he is saying in his speeches.

So who do you think is the president who can restore peace and put in place a plan to aid and help in this terrible pandemic? The Republicans have made no mention of the pandemic in any of their speeches. What are they afraid of?

Remember to cast your vote early, so it will be counted.
