Letter: School mascot should be the Bountiful Cowards
(Rick Egan | Tribune file photo) Bountiful High School, whose mascot is the Braves, Monday, July 6, 2020.
True proof that humans aren’t rational: If I were another high school playing Bountiful in sports, I’d love nothing more than saying that where once they were “Brave,” from now on they will be the Bountiful Cowards.
Changing the name of the school's mascot to something else is metastasized cultural sensitivity.
