How, I wonder, would Gov. Gary Herbert, Senate President Stuart Adams and House Speaker Brad Wilson react to the application of their “encourage people to do the right thing” (rather than mandate) policy to paying our various state and local taxes?
Certainly wearing a mask is less onerous. Why not make face coverings just as mandatory?
