Utah Senate President Stuart Adams and House Speaker Brad Wilson both oppose a mask edict for public spaces, saying they prefer to encourage people to do the right thing.
Given this reasoning, it seems we need to amend many signs on our public roads, e.g., “Speed Limit 50/Compliance is Encouraged” or “STOP/Compliance is Encouraged.”
