Letter: Mike Lee belongs on Fox News
(Frank Franklin II | AP) Fox News host Sean Hannity interviews Democratic presidential candidate and New York Mayor Bill de Blasio during a taping of his show, "Hannity," Wednesday, Aug. 7, 2019, in New York.
After supposedly examining evidence and “learning more” about the impeachment case against Donald Trump, the best response Sen. Mike Lee can come up with is to tout the “deep state” conspiracy theory imagined and pushed by Sean Hannity and other Fox talking heads.
Please, Sen. Lee, leave your Senate post to someone who actually cares about the Constitution, the country and the rule of law more than their political party. Your rightful position is alongside Jason Chaffetz, Sean Hannity and the other partisan far-right propagandists.
