Letter: BYU joins the war on Christmas

(Francisco Kjolseth | Tribune file photo) Visitors take in the sights as Temple Square in Salt Lake City comes to life Friday, Nov. 29, 2019, as hundreds of thousands of colorful LED bulbs light up, a yearly tradition that started in 1965. The lights will run through the end of the year.

While watching the KBYU-TV broadcast of the Rebels and Cougars recently, they had an announcement. They wished the viewers “Happy Holidays from the staff of BYUtv”

“Happy Holidays”? I never thought Brigham Young University would participate in the war on Christmas!
