As I watched Donald Trump describe in great detail how the ISIS leader sniveled, whined and cried before his death — basically painting him as a coward — I could not help but think, “It takes one to know one.”
With all the bravado and bullying that goes on from the occupant of the White House, underlying it all apparently is a great streak of cowardice. There is currently a tremendous amount of sniveling, whining and attacking going on about the “process” of impeachment, but not about the facts.
He pulls troops out of Syria with his tail between his legs. He continuously gives in to the likes of Putin, Erdogan, Kim Jun-Un and other strongmen who seem to best him at every turn. Webster’s definition of coward: “One who is shamefully unable to control fear, so shrinks from danger or trouble.” Hmm.
