I don’t necessarily think Rep. Chris Stewart is stupid. I feel the same way about Sen. Lindsey Graham. Most of their fellow Republican representatives and senators are similarly not dumb.
For this reason, Stewart, Graham, et al., should be especially ashamed of their efforts to deflect and obfuscate for our crooked president.
Apparently, retention of power, achieved by not losing the votes of Trump’s base, is more important to them than their oaths of office or our country. Shameful.
