I don’t object to you owning guns. So do I.
I don’t care if you have one gun or 100.
I don’t care whether they’re locked up, holstered or stashed around your house.
I don’t care how proficient you are with them.
Hell, I don’t care if you sleep with them, marry them or make love to them.
I’ll even agree with you that guns don’t kill people. But people kill people with guns. A lot. And all of them are crazy or pissed off.
So I have to ask you one question: Why are you opposed to background checks and waiting periods?
No one is coming for your guns, so what makes owning a gun more important than the lives of innocent people?
I really want to know.
Tell me.
