Letter: What’s next — an ‘early-to-bed’ bill?
(Rick Egan | Tribune file photo) Rep. Norm Thurston talks about the Utah's strict new DUI law, which lowers the blood alcohol level from 0.08 to 0.05, on Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2018.
With UDOT announcing that “driving drowsy is as dangerous as driving drunk,” maybe Rep. Thurston should begin drafting a “bed-to-early” bill. You know, lights out at 9, or else.
Oh, wait, that would really amount to overreach. Never mind.
