Letter: President shows he has no class
(Evan Vucci | Associated Press file photo) President Donald Trump talks with reporters before boarding Marine One on the South Lawn of the White House on March 22, 2019, in Washington.
I’m extremely disappointed that our president continues to disrespect 2008 presidential candidate Sen. John McCain, who risked his life for his country and honorably served as a U.S. Navy pilot and U.S. senator from Arizona.
President Donald Trump seems to take joy at the expense of others, which serves no good for our country. It clearly shows his propensity for pettiness and calamity. He can only hope to be honored and respected as well as McCain.
Whether he agreed or disagreed with McCain on issues, there is no class in disrespecting the senator.
