Letter: ‘Bigley’ appreciation for Trump’s tax cut
(Evan Vucci | Associated Press file photo) President Donald Trump speaks in the Oval Office of the White House on March 15, 2019, in Washington.
This letter goes out to Sen. Mike Lee, Rep. Chris Stewart and Orrin Hatch (if he's still within hearing distance).
I just finished my taxes and saw my tax rate go up 1.25 percentage points, even though I dropped a couple of tax brackets. It’s not much, but probably an additional $400 to $500 more than last year.
So, thank you all for looking out for me, and voting for Trump’s tax cut. I appreciate it — bigley.
