Letter: Give the flag commission to Bagley
(Rick Egan | The Salt Lake Tribune) Flag designer John Martin, speaks about the new Utah Flag he designed, during the discussion of one of the two bills that could lead to the adoption of a new state flag to the House Government Operations committee, Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2019.
To truly achieve a new flag which represents the great state of Utah, a sufficient commission should be offered to Pat Bagley for the flag design. Otherwise, aiming for a real symbol will probably shoot very wide of the mark.
