Letter: Shutdown shows Tribune’s bias — right in the headline
(Alex Brandon | The Associated Press) People walk up the steps even though the National Archives is closed with the partial government shutdown, Saturday, Dec. 22, 2018 in Washington.
A headline in the Dec. 17 Salt Lake Tribune read, “White House risks shutdown over border wall."
This is obviously biased. “Democrats risk shutdown over border wall” would be equally biased.
"Fight over border wall risks shutdown" is what I would expect from an institution trying to be balanced.
