Given the recent presidential pardon of former Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio, and now the pardon of former Vice President Dick Cheney’s operative “Scooter” Libby, surely a Trump pardon for San Juan County Commissioner Phil Lyman is on the presidential agenda.
