Letter: By precedent, no more voting on legislation for Hatch

Senate Finance Committee chairman Sen. Orrin Hatch, R-Utah, is greeted by Sen. Since Sen. Hatch is a lame duck senator, I would assume he will recuse himself of voting on any legislation until his term ends. After all, that was his logic when President Obama nominated Judge Merrick Garland to the Supreme Court with a year left in Obama’s term.
