Sen. Mitt Romney took a tumble that knocked him unconscious this weekend, he told reporters Monday.
He was in Boston visiting grandkids when he fell, and he needed several stitches in his eyebrow and lip. He also wound up with a black eye.
He told reporters that he’s doing better now and joked that the fall was because he went to CPAC.
Romney didn’t go, but fellow Utah Sen. Mike Lee spoke at the Conservative Political Action Conference last week as did freshman Rep. Burgess Owens.
