The United States Air Force has lodged crews at President Donald Trump’s Scotland resort up to 40 times over the last four years, according to preliminary results of an internal review. While the Air Force says the overnight stays are within Pentagon guidelines, some congressional Democrats counter that the practice raises conflict-of-interest concerns and might violate the Constitution’s prohibitions against the president receiving money other than his salary from the federal government.
