Political Cornflakes: Warren campaign rakes in donations from Hollywood, tech titans

Sen. Elizabeth Warren can count Hollywood stars such as Amy Schumer, Scarlett Johansson and Ryan Reynolds and television producer Shonda Rhimes among the donors to her presidential bid. The Democrat has also accepted large contributions from tech players, including the founder of Sonos and a Spotify executive. Altogether, Warren raised $19.8 million in the second quarter of 2019, mostly from small, online donations. [Politico]
