Happy Wednesday. President Donald Trump is once again attacking a federal court that ruled against him. In fact, he lashed out at the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals even before it has weighed in on a district judge’s ruling against Trump’s ban on asylum for some migrants. The president called the court “a disgrace” and threatened to take action action it, although he did not specify what that might be. [NYTimes]
Topping the news: Democrat Ben McAdams won the 2018 midterm election on Tuesday, officially unseating two-term Republican Rep. Mia Love by a razor-thin 694 votes — just outside the 0.25 percent margin that would have allowed a recount. [Trib][Fox13][DNews][KUTV][NYTimes]

Nationally: President Trump released a statement Tuesday on the new evidence released by the CIA placing responsibility on Saudi Arabia’s crown prince for the killing of dissident journalist Jamal Kashoggi.
