CNN sues Trump, White House over press access. McAdams remains in the lead over Love but race still too close to call. Hatch to be awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom.

Happy Tuesday. CNN filed a lawsuit Tuesday morning against President Donald Trump and several aides after the White House yanked reporter Jim Acosta’s press credential. In a statement on Tuesday morning, CNN said it is seeking a preliminary injunction as soon as possible so that Acosta can return to the White House right away, and a ruling from the court preventing the White House from revoking Acosta’s pass in the future. Topping the news: As of Monday afternoon Ben McAdams maintained his lead over Mia Love in the midterm elections by 2.32 percentage points, but the race remained too close to call. [Trib][Fox13][ABC4]
