Happy Wednesday: President Donald Trump got a perfect score — 30 out of 30 — on his cognitive exam, the White House’s top physician reported Tuesday. The Montreal Cognitive Assessment tests mental function while screening for dementia or diminished capacity. So how does it work? You repeat the phrase “The cat always hid under the couch when dogs were in the room.” You identify the animal in a picture. You draw a clock. Doctors can spot signs of mental decline based on how you answer. [WaPost]
