Brett Kavanaugh pivots as Supreme Court allows one execution, stops another

(Jabin Botsford | The Washington Post) Justice Brett Kavanaugh concurred Thursday with the Supreme Court's liberal justices that a Buddhist man's execution should be stopped because he was not allowed a spiritual adviser by his side, but last month he was on the other side when the court allowed the execution of a Muslim inmate in Alabama under similar circumstances.
